The government has issued an order based on the Supreme Court verdict to grant seniority and financial benefits to teachers appointed in the revised rural unqualified selection list in 2003 from 1998 and 1999.
2003ರಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಕೃಪಾಂಕರಹಿತ ಪರಿಷ್ಕೃತ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕವಾದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರುಗಳಿಗೆ 1998 ಹಾಗೂ 1999 ರಿಂದ ಸೇವಾ ಹಿರಿತನ ಮತ್ತು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ತೀರ್ಪನ್ನು ಆದರಿಸಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಆದೇಶ.
